instruction to install SIMTEC.

SIMTEC is a parallel program, it requires MPI (Message Passing Interface) version MPICH2-1.2.1p1 for
data communication. MPICH2-1.2.1p1 can be downloaded from internet, at 
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpich2/downloads/index.php?s=downloads
